Safe Spaces

Safe Spaces

Safe Spaces is a ready-to-implement package designed for high schools to create supportive areas within their libraries, grounded in the three pillars of inclusivity, mental health, and nicotine addiction support. These spaces provide students with a calm environment where they can regulate their nervous systems, manage nicotine cravings, and navigate mental health challenges. Equipped with practical tools and calming techniques, Safe Spaces help students regain focus and stability so they can return to class feeling more grounded and supported.
